Aaron Christopher DeMaranville, age 25, a resident of Ocean City, died on sunday, December 21, 2008, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. Aaron was born on October 5, 1983, in Coos Bay, Oregon. He was raised on the harbor and attended Lincoln School and Hoquiam Middle School. For three years, he was a catering captain at the Shilo Inn at Ocean Shores; had been a waiter at Gabelli’s Restaurant in Aberdeen and was in his third season working for D & M Crab of Westport. He loved his children, spending time with family and activities associated with the coast, swimming, boating, fishing and body surfing. He also enjoyed cooking, wine and animals. Relatives include his parents Sam and Cindie McMillan of Ocean Shores; father Dennie DeMaranville of Klamath Falls, Oregon; three children Cameron DeMaranville of Las Vegas, Aaryonna DeMaranville of Hoquiam; a brother Ryan DeMaranville of Aberdeen; a sister Melissa Russell of Enumclaw and grandparents John and Joy Rosander of Vader, WA. He is also survived by the love of his live, Esther “Nikki” Robinson and her son Nik their daughter Payton Jolene Grace DeMaranville of Ocean City.
